Check out all the countries that are not receptive of such ideas, they are some of the most peaceful, wealthiest and most productive countries on the planet. Now they have grown so big and even subtly funded with tax payers money in exchange for abductees. This is happening when bokoharam ran out of funds.

I will get to a position of paramount authority someday, and all I'll do is to make idiots who have put this country in a mess pay dearly with their lives and that of their children.

FG has not won any war against Boko Haram. Instead Nigerian government has empowered Boko Haram by giving them huge sums of money + freeing their top commanders who were arrested by previous govt in an effort to free some of the kidnapped Chibok girls to score cheap political point.
