If this is true, it's a nice move from him and I truly hope he has learnt his lesson and will turn a new leaf.

The problem most times with sellers is always lack of customer service after sale. Often times sellers just wanna sell a product and have nothing to do about that product again but they don't know that integrity and reputation is far more important than money. I remember one time I sold a product to someone here on nairaland and he complained bitterly about it,I just told him to send his account number then I sent his whole money back to him. He was shocked cos he thought because we can't see each other,that's the end but I proved him wrong, everything is not all about money,customers satisfaction is also very key. Today this person has turned out to be a very close friend and we've transacted more than 150k worth of business since then. Sellers should learn.

I'm happy not just for the money, but for the fact that we just proved the power this platform has in curbing some menace in the society.
