i need to make an end to this stomach ulcer. This thing has drastically reduced my weight.pls help

Dear its very simple avoid potential exacerbating factors such as taking aspirin.
Take prescribed medication precisely according to your doctor's instructions and also
Follow up with your doctor, especially if you have any recurrence of symptoms .
I hope u don't consume excess amounts of alcohol incase your guilty. ....amend.

Take fruits, honey. Pepper triggers it. Avoid alcohol.

And most importantly, take your mind off it, it'll eventually leave.

Yes. I said pepper triggers it.

That is, the pain so reduce your pepper intake.

Or whenever you do, brace yourself for about 30 mins of excruciating pain.

Whenever it happens, take honey or milk 2 calm it. Apply cold compress too.
