There is no comprehension challenge. There is a link between cost of production and eventual cost of sales.

Not so much in this context. We export most of the crude oil we sell, as such cost of sales is influenced not by cost of production, but the landing cost petrol for example. The only uptake here lower CPB means more revenue to FG and cut in wastages.

Saudi Arabia has one of the lowest cost of production and it is the top producer of oil, still oil prices are not low. You cannot use your guguru and ekpa thinking when it comes to oil. The price of oil is determined largely by demand and supply not cost of production. What you are supposed to be talking about is increased Income for Nigeria not lower petrol prices which are determined by forces outside our borders

Why not talk about Job creation, infrastructural drive, increase in industry clusters, more health care, better transportation network etc. You lot are so "consumption-centric" that you hardly think about development

Total lie. Production cost can never be that high. 78$ For where? The most expensive cost in the world is the US Shale around 50$.

As in... I give up on this regime and the unending lies. It's been public knowledge that our cost of production was between $24-28. How they've come up with $78 is mind boggling.

Maybe i should enlighten you a little, Drilling fluid cost,JVC funding,and security cost are all factored in drilling activities globally. So what do you see on ground here in Nigeria. So, when i say talk is cheap believe me guy. If you wish to learn pay consultation fee.

Nigeria has never produced oil in the last 10years by my watch at $78/barrel. This news is fake and whoever gave this report is a scam. A news to make this govt look like they are working.

No statistics has shown we produced $78/barrel. it has always hovered around the 20's
