Im not a good writer so I'll just go straight to the point

Land use charge is simply the case of landlords paying rent on their own land this abolishes the right to own private property since if they don't pay they'll be arrested and their properties will be confiscated... Inother words the government controls the land Ambode has been enforcing many communist policies ie Banning private transportation but this is too far.. Lagos is not a no man's land people shouldn't be paying tax on their own property
