You see peeps forming tuush because they are shopping at the Mall (ShopRite etc) meanwhile that's like an average market everyone goes to here.

There is not wrong in allowing the national cake to go round so that everyone can enjoy. That is what these doctors are trying to do.

From the replies here like Nwamkpaikpe's or whatever they call him and lilyan and others, you can see why the youth in 9ja will do worse than the old cargoes looting our commonwealth currently. No sense of social justice.
That is exactly what current looters are like.

What makes the youth worse is that they have very high taste too young. The kind of luxury not available when current looters started out.

Hope our doctors, especially the so-called consultants in our Teaching Hospitals are reading this.

This protest is coming from those who do better jobs with better results without insulting their patients.

If you read the story well, they're not fighting just because of the incraease. They're fighting cos they increased their salary while the conditions of their hospital and patients has not improved.

Instead of us to emulate good things we are busy talking bad about other countries improvement. That's why we can't grow

Obviously there is some thing wring with the black man. Mean while in this part of the world it is even the doctors fighting for other health workers not to recieve better pay. This guys are truly a different breed. They fully understand the principle of multidiscipline appraoch to patient health care, unlike our selfish and pugnacious egomaniacs parading themselves in our health care system.

In the zoo, nigeria physicians will shut down hospitals if you try to raise the salary of other health professionals but Canadian physicians are saying 'don't pay us, redistribute the money to other health professionals'.

You can see reasonable human beings exhibiting the candour/forthrightness to oppose an unfair/injudicious system even when they are the beneficiaries.

Come to Nigeria and see how doctors are capitalizing on the crappy system here to sustain the status quo. They hardly care that other medical professionals, who by the way do most of the leg/dirty work, hardly get a look in from the system. Doctors have been known to fight any attempt to raise the working conditions of other health workers in Nigeria...

It is rife in this clime. People are at top in companies and establishments see those at the lower rung as foot mats only meant to be trampled upon. How pathetic...

What do expect in a zoo where animals are tailored to grab...grab and grab.
zoogerian physicians will prefer to earn 700 times what other professionals earn. If you try to raise the pay of other professionals they'll go on strike to resist it.

Our people need to get out of the zoo as fast as we can.
