Picked up a rider, at yaba we went to broad street, on dropping him off front of CBN a request came in, I drove straight to the pickup location and called the lady, she said she’s at the back of UBA, I proceeded to her new location, there was a traffic light and a car in front of me, I picked my phone to call her to knw how am going to identify her coz that place is always crowded, when I was dialing the guy in front of me suddenly moved, and me too followed up not knowing the traffic light has not turned green, immediately I stopped, these guys rushed me, entered my car, I done start negotiations they said if I get to there office I will pay 90k and still go for training and go for psychology test too, buh if I want them to let me go I should pay 45k and they will let me go, I knw begging won’t change anything so I told them I had 5k, the almost slap me self for mentioning 5k when there saying 45k last. So we drove to there office side I started talking to one of them, that there’s no need of we going to the office that we can sort everything here, anyway last last I paid 20k till now I ve not gotten my self.
first don't beg anyone in uniform not to go to the office. First, I don't pick riders in Lagos island. If u are going there and I wish to go, I will set my app on go offline after this trip. I return to base immediately I drop u. Lagos island has too many one way roads, idiots in uniform, congested market, trikky traffic lights etc.
This is hw I deal with the authorities, if u catch me ie if my chances of escape is slim I will stop jump out of d car, form with full CONFIDENCE that I have an emergency while handing my key to u. Yes I will give you the key before u ask for it. Ask u ur name and your office and tell u to take the car there that I will come for it later after dealing with my pregnant wife at d hospital.
I will let u kW that I can't negotiate now cos I don't really have much on me but will see u in d office later...watch him he will call u back to collect whatever u have. Try it and be smart and confident.
If u give him d keys and u see he isn't looking back, then u might need to go back. But this works for me at least 4 times now. Never be scared to go to their office

Please house. My drivers Licence has expired, I can't go online on the Uber app, and I was told I can only get temporary till the normal card is ready. Please is that acceptable? If I upload that will I be able to accept trips.

And again, I want to register car on Taxify, is the temporary acceptable for a new driver on Taxify?

Kindly help me with info pls.
Thanks

I believe you're just here to showcase your writing skills and not to get a car. Otherwise, you would have gone with the guys that are asking you to take a car on rental.

Hello!

Thanks for your input.

Could have made your point without the sarcasm though (writing skills? I don't understand what you're about).

Rental won't cut it. Each to his own please (might sound cocky but the numbers never lie...mostly and I've run them).

I will get a Principal and very soon too.

To every other well meaning commentator, I'm not towing the rental path so kindly stay your comments relative to that (and if you can avoid throwing shades and/or insults at my person or intent, I'll be much obliged. Like I keep reiterating, no one is being forced to give heed to my senseless proposal).

live scan, temp readings after running vehicle for minimum 20mins.

Please clarify the live scan sir but for temperature it is usually on 90 after 20 mins for coolant temp and stays dere all thru sometimes rises to 95/100 if am driving on a hot afternoon usually between 12 n 2pm so I mostly avoid dat...engine temp is usually constant between 90 and 110..

For Uber the temporary is acceptable in fact I started on Uber with my temporary and even when I had to use paper extension for 3 months it was still accepted.
I can't say for Taxify am not yet on it.

This is visual confirmation of perpetual foolishness in some taxify drivers in general.

Time is 6:09am and they have densely populated VI that is more of a commercial zone, than a residential. Pls who dem wan carry for VI by this time and where will they be going to?

Second picture is a residential zone spanning from 3rd roundabout that these dumb drivers have ignored. People here are trying to get out and get to work but the drivers to pick them up are all in VI, claiming "request no dey" " I no dey get request" "market is dull"

Market will continue to be dull for you and you no go ever get request as long as you choose to remain foolish. From chevron to VI is a little above 2000naira on taxify, but these drivers would claim they cant burn fuel or " I no for blow empty dey go chevron"... Pls, how much fuel will they blow to chevron and how much will they get in return?

your account will continue to remain empty until you change your strategy.
