Seun Osewa we Nigerians cannot agree on anything. We cannot even save our fellow human beings. With folded hands I beg you. Please help us start a campaign to save our Less fortunate fellow creatures atleast. And stop promoting animal killings on Nairaland FP. It is nothing to be proud of. Our future generations wil remember us as wicked people. You and me. I promise you Nigeria will be alright by the Gods once we learn to respect ones less fortunate than us. This is a question of our Nigerian animals. Money comes and goes but for this you will be respected even after you depart from this Earth and you will be remembered . There is still hope less than 40 Forest Elephant in Southern Nigeria and a similar number of endangered West African Lion up North. This is our last stand.

How many times have I read post condemning the Mods for pushing topics about animal killings to front page?
Forgetting that they wouldn't have known that the incident happened if the Mods haven't pushed it to front page,yet it would have happened anyway.
Pushing topics about animal killings to front page is in no way, promoting such babaric act,rather it is to make it known to all Nairalanders,and appropriate authority that it happened. If it's not on front page,it wouldn't in any way reverse the occurrence of such acts.

Have you seen the tone of those posts Its all in praises of the poacher like they have done something great deserving of accolades! Heck its ordinary Nairalanders killing animals in their backyards in the hopes of gaining attention on social media. If this is not promotion then WHAT IS?

We cant stop killing each other but this is no excuse for harming those who have never harmed us. The innocent.

if animals die, our ecosystem is ruined. we will all perish and when that happens it won't matter whether you are christian muslim or Pagan.
