I have tough black spots all over my hands, I've used Palmer's dark spots cream, lime, honey, coconut oil and co yet it's not fading.. Please what else can I do because I can't wear sleeveless clothes anymore..It's quite embarrassing.. Thanks as I await your helpful responses.
