You obviously don't know what financially doping is.
Genuine clubs spend the money the earn, you know like money from ticket sales, sponsorship and all, while financially doped clubs spend monies they do not earn usually from a crooked billionaire (see Chelsea) or from an oil rich country (I'm looking at you man city and PSG)
