I've been experiencing sleep paralysis since I was little. It occurs once in a while and I really do not like the feeling. Most times I feel like I'm dying and there's no one to help. I don't know if its associated with evil spirits pressing me while I sleep or its a medical condition. Please NLanders, what must I do to get out of it? |

Honestly check your sleeping position, I discovered I always woke up in a certain position anytime I had sleep paralysis,and this do happens because of the position I slept off,blocking the flow of blood to my head(I guess,brain) by putting my hand at my neck region. 1 Like |
