Hello,

I am and I am using my cousin nairaland account to login and lay my complaint.

I know I shouldn't have lay my complain here but I see this as my last resort of getting attention of nairalander owner and mods.

It going to a week now that I cannot login into my nairaland account. I was browsing through it with my phone and all of a sudden, i was log out. I tried to login since my usersname and password is autosaved but it said incorrect. I open a plain browser and try to login but still no luck.
I dash I to my pc and also try to log in, I still encounter the same usersname and password not correct. I decided to do a password reset and a link was sent to my mail. I reset a new password and still tried to login and it was still same error. I was confused and I didn't know what to do. I did reset again and tried it at work but no luck.

I contacted one of nairaland mods dragnet about the issue through my mail but he said there is nothing wrong with my account and advised I should wipe my browser history and catche and tried it in another phone. I did all that but no head way. I did password reset in another pc and link sent to my mail. I still tried to log in but I still same error till this date.

I have been using my account since 2012 and I am also a trusted seller here that deals on powerbank and other accessories. I am pleading to Seun to help me look into my account because I need my account back

I tot im the only one having a problem...Mine it says that wrong password / username..But how cud that be possible when my password was being saved since Day 1? But i used a disposable mail to create an alt...Now i cant open it anymore...

I juz wanna the mods as well if using a disposable emails has expiration?

Just curious

It's been one year, this issue was never resolved

I had this similar issue.

After almost a year I decided to try again, and voila, it successfully logged me in.
