Man, we really need to scrap this presidential system of democracy cos it doesn't seem to be working. Let's go back to the parliamentary where if the govt does not perform he is voted out by a vote of no confidence. That way G ovts are forced to be on their feet and perform lest they get kicked out of office the next day.
