It's dependent on the client tho ... But I prefer precast

Will the roof last well without beams running on the lintel? Is that parapet and are they self contained? How much will such unit cost on a dry land starting to finish?

Nice design but the window hoods are not too nice @ the front view (not the left elevation) and the column capital design looks funny, maybe you should change it.
