There is the perception which often reflects reality that our leaders in Nigeria are disconnected from the followers.

After severally months of complaints by citizens and different excuses and explanations given by the Lagos state government, many parts of the state are still dirty. Perhaps to accentuate this point, this picture shows how a refuse-laden road median with a lamp pole banner promoting Governor Akinwunmi Ambode for re-election in 2019.

In these days of social media, this is most embarrassing to the people of the state, we can at least speak for ourselves. We leave the governor to decide whether or not he is embarrassed by this.

Reaping people off with stupid revenue drives to make his god Fathers happy.

Of what use his Govt to people paying milions of income tax per annum and still paying 500 naira per day through the toll gate and will still pay Land Use Charge.

They pay security dues, pump their water from bore hole , have inverter and generator for power despite all these.

Untill we start holding all these m0r0ns accountable we will never move forward
