20tons 3/4 granite will do the german floor.

There is absolutely nothing wrong doing bungalow foundation with 6 inches block.

So long it is a bungalow, u can use 6inches for foundation.
Most bungalow designs are even done using 6 inches block wall.
Do engage an architect to give u a design & estimate.

5 Bags can lay around 400 6 inches blocks, if your bricklayer is not wasteful.
