One of Nigeria's oil moguls and the managing director of Capital Oil, Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, on Friday, March 16, formally declared his intention to contest the Anambra South Senatorial District Election on the platform of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA).

The founder and chief promoter of Afa Igbo Efuna Movement, who paid a courtesy visit to the party’s state chairman, Chief Norbert Obi, assured Ndi-Anambra South, Ndi-Anambra and Nigerians in general that if given the opportunity, he will put in his best in making quality laws that will benefit both his Senatorial District and Nigerians.

He later went to Orton Palace Hotel Ekwulobia, where the formal declaration was held.

Also, while addressing party executives, stakeholders and APGA faithfuls, Dr. Ubah assured Ndị Anambra South of quality, effective representation and more contributions to the state and national development.

I have said it before,once they make the lawmakers to start earning minimum wage they would stop runing for those positions.

If he can win the primaries then he has a fighting chance . APGA has a strangle hold in Anambra state

the masses are like alaru eatiing bread ,he is eating the skin on his head,when the people make uneccessary demands on the law makers far above their means both. before and after the elections, where do you want. them to get the money to meet those demands, you cannot eat your cake and have it, let the people stop seeing the lawmakers as meal ticket, then they can have justification to query their earnings.
