for me the difference is one is mostly for retired but not tired thieves and the other is mostly for upcoming thieves. but sha which way naija just heard on radio this afternoon that governors take between 380million - 1.7billion every month for security votes depending on the state. chai upon all the suffering in the land to baff them with shit just dey hungry me

and funny enough the vice president is the senate president. he only has someone who deputises/preside when he is not around. it would have been good if our senate was an analogue of the British house of lords i.e the traditional rulers would be the senators representing the Interests of their domain at federal level, harmonise traditional/national laws and cultures,work on creating a truly indivisible Nigeria, do away with their harmful power trips and more importantly justify the huge amount being expended on them yearly
