Governor Obiano is not popular, if he was, Anambrarians would have come out in their thousands to celebrate his victory and inaugration. He cant even pull the sort of crowds that Nnamdi Kanu pull's when he comes to Anambra. You know where a man is popular when the masses come out for him. Obiano is surviving on two factors, the name of Ojukwu and the fact thst his administration has done ok

But as a man, Obiano is not popular.
