Picture 1 is a proposed housing scheme to be built in Kenya which would cost about $25m. Picture 3 is a low cost housing built by Gov Wike at Iriebe, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Pictures 4 and 5 is a 3D drawing and the real structure Rainbow Town Housing Project in Port Harcourt embarked on by the CRA led administration. It was a PPP arrangement with the First Bank. Today, one can't say if any work has been done by the current administration headed by Gov Wike to complete it which should give Port Harcourt a facelift and also create a serene and decent living homes for Rivers people.
