@Derenyx, I could see that you used laterite for filling of the foundation instead of sharp sand as most of our builders here suggested and you didn't leave it for a long time to settle and achieve compaction. Can you shed light on this? Thanks.

Good day and thanks for the observation...

If you had observed from the start, the natural ground where the building is is very strong and hence theres no consolidation even of we compact and soak the soil remains same... So there laterite was used... And Sharp is very expensive here .. so we couldn't even use it for filling even if we wanted to as it's not economical
