AZeD1:The exam is clashing. The most rational thing to do is change the time table. Muslims are not saying that christians should not take exam...NO. Dont misinterpret the message. They are only saying that the time for exam clashes with their Jummat prayer, therefore it should be changed....SIMPLE. There is no way exam time will be different in North and South. To avoid malpractice, exam should be taken at the same time nationwide. The exam time is affecting muslims and rational conclusion is to change the time. Both christians and Muslims take their exam and muslims dont miss their Jummat. It's a win win situation. Everybody goes home happy. SIMPLE. I dont see how changing exam time to accomodate muslims will affect christians. They just need to change the time. At the end of the day. Everybody will still take the exam. Problem sloved. WIN WIN I dont know why people are arguing over this. |

maasoap:The head of MURIC is a professor and is supposed to be educated. Does he not know that threatening public peace is a crime? Do you know that he will be complicit and can be arrested if Waec didn't adjust their plans and your blood thirsty brothers decide to murder an invigilator? You won't see that to address but you will be happy to quote those who don't support MURIC's stance. By the way, Have you purchased your own suicide vest? |

Grayjoy:Do your research well. Google is your friend. Sunday as work free day is NOT worldwide. They are countries that go to work on Sunday. Culture and religion affect the week schedule of a nation. Same way there are muslim countries that go to work on sunday...that is how there are christian dominated countries that dont go to work on sunday. And for a christian dominated country to colonise us and we adopt their way of life. Think about it...this is no debate. |

BlackManta:You had to deny your religion to make a point? Muric has called for Friday as work free day before, so its not new.. Muric is a jobless group who's nlyjob is making vain and violent a inciting statements. Israel has Sunday as work day, ever found out the origins of those work free days? WAEC has always written exams at those times Fridays.... Muric just felt they've got a religious president and want to push for their agendas |

BlackManta:Still Friday can't be a free day to please certain people. D calender we use puts most official activities mon to fri and nt otherwise. Sat and Sun is termed weekend. And dat is what our govt has adapted. |

TheDevilIsALai:You just told big lie by saying schools in Nigeria operate from 7am to 2:30pm monday to fridays. It is public knowledge and national convention that public secondary Schools in Nigeria open 7am to 1:30; some close 2pm. This is true for days mondays to thursdays. But on fridays, public secondary schools close 12pm; although some could extend to 12:30pm at most. This is done to give the muslim students time and their due right to attend to their weekly jum'at services which always come up at least 12:30pm and at most 2:30. Every sane mind would know that for Waec to have scheduled any exam at such time, at any time was an insensitive act and such should not have kept on repeating. |

Grayjoy:Read all my previous post. I NEVER said that Friday should be work free day. I'm only saying that the few hours of Jummat should be respected. |
| Re: WAEC Is Confused – MURIC, Reveals What Timetable Can Cause In Nigeria by Nobody: 6:42pm On Mar 19, 2018 |
BlackManta:I agree it should be respected. But why say christians have a full day to themselves and muslims have few hours? I then tried to tell u it's nt only in Nigeria. We do witness it elsewhere. |

BlackManta:You are assuming everyone is either a Christian or a Muslim. I am saying when it comes to National issues, religion should not be a deciding factor. |
| Re: WAEC Is Confused – MURIC, Reveals What Timetable Can Cause In Nigeria by BlackManta(m): 6:49pm On Mar 19, 2018 |
new2012:Nonsense. So now you are accusing me of being a muslim. Please open my profile and go through my topics and you'll be shocked at how much of an ATHEIST i am. I'm an ATHEIST not a MUSLIM. Go through my profile. Isreal are JEWS not CHRISTIANS. What do you expect. Sabbath day for Jews is on Saturday. I have studied the origin of work free day is some countries, especially the christian dominated countries. Emperor Constantine declared Sunday as work free day for christians. The calender was amended and many christian countries including Britian adopted the calender. Do your own research. The british calender that Nigeria is using as pertaining work free days was clearly influenced by christianity which was a dominant religion in Europe during the time of Constantine. http://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.britannica.com/topic/Sunday-day-of-week&sa=U&ved=0ahUKEwiotKHM9PjZAhVE1hQKHcKLD7QQFgghMAY&usg=AOvVaw2_RmfjikveIS1gX3UAbf_J |

I am tired of Islam(the religion of poos and pees)...why do they even attend school for western education, shebi na arabic education be their own...nw they stil beg you to come school to broaden ur horizon and know what the world is saying yet you want to scatter it...the only solution to this issue is that muslims should not attend friday exams cos jumaat and waec should gve that ward a handsome/beautiful F9 coupled with 'he/she went to jumaat'... |
