Just heard President Buhari has an uncle Mamman Daura who stays in the presidency. Heard the man wields more powers than President Buhari himself He summons Osinbajo at will When Buhari gives orders, he upturns it at will He has no portfolio in government He is responsible for 70 percent of appointmments made by the President The belief in Aso Villa is 'If you need anything, Just see Mamman Daura and it is done'.
