Osibanjo is a mistake for a vice president.

This addresses all State Governors as well. Public revenue that should have been invested in human capital development is leaked away from the economy through overpriced Projects that in no way relate to the immediate needs of the people.

This address all the state Governments as well as the Federal Government. Public revenue is leaked away through overpriced Projects that do not address the immediate development needs of the people. Goverment should promote participation in needs assessment upon which budgets at all levels should be based.

. It not guaranteed bro, that is why we have to use our PVC's very well now, another 4 years like this will be serious hell for some Nigerians. I already told some elders close to me and some young men too they should vote wisely come 2019 , no matter what they shouldn't sell their vote for mere 3000-5000 naira for some few bottles of beer or pepper soup, else they would regret again for another 4 years like they are regretting now .

Every budget is funded from an expected revenue for that year (tax and sales of resources), so it is either the executives miscalculate or they are using the funds to enrich themselves and their cronies.
