Ikoyi Club 1938 is a private member family Club and it occupies an enviable area of approximately 456 acres of land and provides first class facilities for about 10, 000 members. On September 29, 1938, Ikoyi Club 1938 officially came into being through the merger of the European Club and Lagos Golf Club and has been a front runner in delivering worldclass hospitality with world wide membership.

POST: BARMAN
QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM OF OND
EXPERIENCE: 3-5YRS

Job Details
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure bar environment and equipment is properly clean.
• Pay strict attention to drinks given to waiters for proper accountability.
• Mix ingredients to mix cocktails
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Interact with customers take and serve orders politely and efficiently
• Comply with all food and beverage regulation

Skills Required:
• Ability to mix cocktails and prepare smoothies
• Good verbal communication and listening skills
• Diplomatic approach to handling conflict situations
• Attention to details
• Thorough knowledge of alcoholic drinks and cocktail recipes.
• Health and safety rules in a bar
• Agility and speed.
