JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:




· Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of company’s goals

· Putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems.

· Formulating and successfully implementing company policy

· Creating a positive and motivating atmosphere in the company and providing better growth opportunities for the employees

· Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers

· Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

· Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness

· Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets

· Have the ultimate responsibility for profit and business growth for the organization.

· Assess overall company performance against objectives

· Represent the company in events, conferences etc.

· Regularly seek client feedback on the company’s performance and promote the company’s accomplishments

· Responsible for not only building the business, but also for growing the tribes, bonds and relationships amongst the various tribes within the organization.

· Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity

JOB REQUIREMENT

· Proven experience as Business Director or relevant role

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

· Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems

· Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques

· BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus

· About 5 years of experience within the Marketing Communications Industry is a plus


JOB TITLE: ART DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop concepts for advertising or promotional campaigns

· Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines

· Accomplish work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching employees.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to the generation of ideas to solve client’s objectives for content creation

· Drive teams to meet and beat deadlines. Ensure top creative standards are maintained

· Meet cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions.

· Determine project content by reviewing art and copy materials developed by staff.

· Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; recommending changes to art and content departments..

· Help clients by answering questions and responding to requests.

· Motivate teams to create work that can win international award at every opportunity.

· Pitch ideas to clients

· Attend client meetings and make creative presentation when necessary

· Negotiate with clients to amend ideas in line with their wishes and explain what is and is not possible

· Work on the highest-profile or largest client accounts that are complex, non-routine and vary greatly in scope.

· Coordinate the flow of project materials and ensure that items meet specifications and deadlines. Track all pages through department and knows status at all times.

· Collaborating with Creative Directors, end-client and production team to identify project needs and design finished product to support the brand objective.

· Ensure all the client’s visuals are consistent with the overall brand

· Ability to concept the look and feel of a presentation from scratch, Design and ensure staff strictly follow Tools Creative Process for all creative designs, brief interpretation and communication, as well as account pitches and new business demands

· Expose staff to visual graphics training courses

· Make sure all staff are Google + other creative certifications certified.

· Ability to design and create a wide range of elements for presentations including logos, illustrations, graphs, charts, HTML Layouts and other artwork that more effectively communicate key messages and which can be incorporated into presentations.

· Ability to create design that functions across multiple digital platform

REQUIREMENT:

-Designs and executes creative concepts for assigned projects/ad dates and responsible for incorporating agency standards related to page building.

-Ensures all work at the key stages of the project/ad dates meet client and management expectations.

-Assists in the development and design standards upon request ensuring continuity.

-Ensures change request completed within established processes and time frames.

-Reviews all image for color background consistency, accuracy, and creativity.

-Work is routine and may be directed normally receives instruction or follows established policies and procedures.

-Handles routine decisions regarding day-to-day procedures affecting own work.

-Relies upon defined processes, procedures or directions from others to solve problems or challenges.

-Coordinates efforts with others, seeking assistance and feedback as appropriate.

-BA or ND in disciplines of graphics art, advertising or other related fields such as fine arts, interior design or fashion. Incumbents typically have 0-2 years retail or agency experience within the function of graphics arts and work related experiences.

-Demonstrated knowledge of production processes and possible photo art direction.

-Word Processing and spreadsheet applications. Quark, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

JOB TITLE: COPYWRITER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Writing clear, persuasive and original copy for ads, websites, posters, brochures, and other communication materials.

· Proofread, edit and review all creative materials before sending to the client/production.

· Writing clear, persuasive, original copy;

· Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar;

· Liaising with clients and interpreting their briefs;

· Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients;

· Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion

· Manage brand delivery and consistency across all markets for all product lines.

· Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by your line manager.

Requirements

· A good first degree

· Minimum of 2years marketing communication/Advertising agency experience

· Experience in working on Above-the-line, Below-the-line

· Excellent communication skills and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.


JOB TITLE: STRATEGIST

About the Role

· Responsible for planning, development, and implementation of all of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.

· Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services in marketing, communications and public relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization to ensure constant lead generation and organisation visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and maintain a strategic perspective – based on marketplace and constituent needs and satisfaction – in organizational direction, program and services, and decision-making

· Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.

· Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/communications/public relations function.

· Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends.

· Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events

· Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of: a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organization’s image and position within the marketplace


JOB REQUIREMENT

· Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in marketing communications industry or related industry

· Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations activities.

· Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.

· Experience developing and managing budgets

· Overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.

· Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout.
