Yahaya Bello only removed the "river" in the equation and introduced "rice"

Confluence: the act or process of merging.

Therefore, Confluence rice is derived from merging foreign and local rice. Yahaya Bello is right. Dino thought Confluence rice is in reference to River Niger and River Benue. No be Nigerian politicians? Abracadabra is the norm.

Since Nigeria has been bragging about having 85% of locally made rice flooding the market, I have never for one day gone to the market to see any locally made one. Mama Gold, Mama Pride (Very bad rice), Tomato na hin full market. And this rice all imported
