In the beginning followers of Jesus called themselves followers of Christ. It was the Romans that scripted the name "Christians" to denote "Followers of Jesus Christ." Since then the name Christians and Christianity became dominant and we are fine by it.

God is not a God that is controlled by what we choose. The truth is this simple no creation can be greater than the creator its a honest truth. that being said I would agree that there are some questions that I cannot answer like the one above but definitely this i can say I am yet too see the person that has put his faith in Christ and has lived to regret it and that is my basis for Christianity that come rain come sunshine whether in church or in a book haram camp my life is only and can only be for Christ and nothing not persecution not money not women not power not even you can separate me from the love of Christ who though he was without sin died so that I could be free from sin.
