Was it the holy spirit that guided you to quote Muslims book?
.
And you quoted it literally just like boko haram! I think we have explained the meaning to you several times but you refuse to admit and you kept spreading falsehood "thinking you are inspiring" your readers!
Why don't you explain the meaning for readers of this thread to know whether it is different from how it is clearly written.

I thought Leah Sheribu would be out of captivity by now due to the many prayers that have been prayed by our Christians on her situation as Jesus made it clear that a little faith can move mountains, let's see those verses

Jesus answered and said to them, “Truly I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, `Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ it will happen. “And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.” (Matthew 21:21-22)

Jesus also reiterated it again

Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst. (Matthew 18:19-20)

and again

Amen, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it shall be done for him. Therefore I tell you, all that you ask for in prayer, believe that you will receive it and it shall be yours. (Mark 11:24-25)

and again

And whatever you ask in my name, I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything of me in my name, I will do it. (John 14:13-14)

and again

(Matthew 17:20 For truly, I say to you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.) then whatever you ask for in prayer will be granted, there are obviously only a few options available.

if the above verses were true, there are obviously only a few options available for Christians to chose after their prayers has done nothing to remove the girl from captivity:

1) the Bible is wrong, Jesus never said these things

2) the Bible is right, Jesus said these things but Jesus was wrong

3) the Bible is right, Jesus said these things but Jesus lied

4) no one who prayed for anything that actually required god's intervention - like our Christians do for Leah Sheribu- had any faith

5) the Bible is just a collection of myths & fables & Yahweh, Jesus, Holy Spirit, Satan doesn't exist
I don't care how you to this. I have to remind you this...' insults against Christ and God can be forgiven but against the Holy Spirit is unforgivable ". The holybible

This space will not be enough to talk about the Banu qurayza.

But let me summarize that after truce btw Muslims and them was reached, they actually broke the treaty and started attacking.

Its important to state that the Banu Qurayza did not just simply break a treaty. They conspired and attacked the Muslims, attacking the residential areas of Medina which housed the woman and children, in absolute contrast to the treaty conditions, that they would help defend Medina if it was attacked. What punishment is suitable for a person who has agreed in writing to protect women and children, then attacks them? Treason is a serious crime, then and now, it still holds the death penalty in many countries.
So forceful conversion is the right punishment, right?

Mind you, your summary of the event is wrong.

You mean the ten commandments should be ignored because they're in the old testament?
The Ten Commandments are from God Himself. The laws of Moses were for the children of Israel as a nation, just as Nigeria has its own laws. The nation of Israel doesn't even follow them anymore. Jesus has erased those laws cos they are too strict to follow but needed at the time to keep the Israelites in check.

I say the girl should claim Islam in the presence of her captors so that she should be free.
There is nothing bad about that
To claim Islam is to deny Christianity.

And there is a lot bad about that.

You are no Christian at all. Your posts have given you away. It's best you never associate with what you can't die for.

In your mind, Peter and the rest Apostles who died for Christ are foolish Christians.

The girl a very stupid thing. She would have died like a cockroach and heaven wouldnt fall. If she has renonuced hee faith just to leave the den of the terrorists and revert back to her christian faith and ask for forgiveness. God will forgive her.

This is what births extremism
Its interesting how you people say the girl is stupid for not denying Christ to save herself from boko-Haram.
First of all, true followers of Christ will rather die than renounce Christ. Jesus Christ himself died on the cross. He could have saved himself but he didn't. He chose to lose his own life so we could have eternal life! Today, not only is Jesus Christ alive, he sits at the right hand of God and will rule forever and ever!
Little Leaheah was just following the example set by Jesus Christ.

Secondly, Lies and deceit is Sin! Deceit is in any form, circumstances, situation, context is Sin. It doesn't matter if it is to your friend, loved one or enemy. Lying and deceit is Sin and true followers of Christ are forbidden to lie even to enemies. Lying to enemies is as Sinful as Lying to a loved one! This why Leah did what she did. She refused to lie by pretending to renounce Christ in order to save herself from her enemies.
So if you're of the opinion that Leah should have lied, pretend or use deceit to save herself from her captors, then she would have committed a terrible Sin that would have cost her eternal life with Christ.
True followers of Christ say the truth at all times.

By the way, Taqiya is not applicable to Christianity! True followers of Christ see Taqiya as a terrible Sin.

I have to remind you this...' insults against Christ and God can be forgiven but against the Holy Spirit is unforgivable ". The holy Bible was inspired by the Holy spirit if you're ignorant of that.
I have to be harsh with this point, Google about the very great men that criticized Christ and the Bible and take account of their ends. Gods freewill has been insulted by some of you, who claim to know or are wiser.
Sorry, I didn't get your name, social, academic or spiritual standing! What makes you think you're qualified to come here and disprove the bible? God gave us the freewill to express ourselves but that, also comes with some serious repercussions at the end. For it's clearly written,..." each of us will account for what we did, said on the last days.
Enjoy sharing your unproven opinions.

I salute her courage it is indeed noble however she must be willing to bear the cross without pity if she remains true to her cause and dies her reward is with her maker
Respect my opinion. If I am inspired by her faith, its my decision. What inspires me may not be what inspires you. We are different individuals and operate at different levels of faith.

You muslims are angry that she didn't deny her faith. You know that the moment she does, she will automatically become Muslim, not only because she claimed to be Muslim, but because she did the exact thing Muslims are permitted to do when they are being forced to denounce their religion.

This is permission to LIE.

Do you know why Muslims called themselves slaves of Allah? Cos Allah permitted them to deny him. A true child will never deny his father. Muslims aren't Allah's children cos he calls them slaves, that's why they can deny him at will. But a true child of God will never deny his Heavenly Father.

We Christians are children of God through Jesus Christ the Son of God.

[quote author=paxonel post=66133067]Op, there are other ways Leah sharibu would have done it and set herself free from captivity and still remain a christian which would have been wiser than her inspiring christians who are observing the situation at the expense of her freedom and liberty.

Denying Islam in the presence of her captors who want her to change her faith to Islam for her freedom is not necessary.
The decision will never inspire christians in anyway, Though they can pretend to be inspired

I guess because she is still a child, she cannot think of any other way, so she remains in captivity(hopefully, God may touch her captors to release her)

Adult Christians? I believe you meant baby Christians like you. The girl by her act show she is more aged christian to compare with an obious child like you.

Regarding the verse.

This link explains it

If a verse was quoted from the Bible like this, we would have heard series of statements like "quoting of of context" ,"not filled with holy spirits", "you read it naked eyes"

Corinthians 7 - 22

God is not a God that is controlled by what we choose. The truth is this simple no creation can be greater than the creator its a honest truth. that being said I would agree that there are some questions that I cannot answer like the one above but definitely this i can say I am yet too see the person that has put his faith in Christ and has lived to regret it and that is my basis for Christianity that come rain come sunshine whether in church or in a book haram camp my life is only and can only be for Christ and nothing not persecution not money not women not power not even you can separate me from the love of Christ who though he was without sin died so that I could be free from sin.

I would want you to clarify and expand on a statement you made in your OP

" You chose the side of Sarah the free woman and legitimate wife of Abraham instead of the slave and rejected woman called Hagah whose children are slaves eternally ."

I'm certain Jesus never asked us to promote hate and division.
Pls, read the below Bible passage for understanding.

Galatians 4:23-31

22 For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the slave woman and the other by the free woman. 23 His son by the slave woman was born according to the flesh, but his son by the free woman was born as the result of a divine promise.

24 These things are being taken figuratively: The women represent two covenants. One covenant is from Mount Sinai and bears children who are to be slaves: This is Hagar.
25 Now Hagar stands for Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present city of Jerusalem, because she is in slavery with her children.
26 But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.
27 For it is written:

“Be glad, barren woman,
you who never bore a child;
shout for joy and cry aloud,
you who were never in labor;
because more are the children of the desolate woman
than of her who has a husband.”

28 Now you, brothers and sisters, like Isaac, are children of promise.
29 At that time the son born according to the flesh persecuted the son born by the power of the Spirit. It is the same now.
30 But what does Scripture say? “Get rid of the slave woman and her son, for the slave woman’s son will never share in the inheritance with the free woman’s son.”
31 Therefore, brothers and sisters, we are not children of the slave woman, but of the free woman.
