For those so-called Christians and unbelievers here who are saying Leah should have applied sense to deny Christ and repent later to save herself from Boko Haram, let me inform you that the one greater & deadlier than Boko Haram is coming - the Anti-Christ (Beast). Read Matthew 24, Revelations Chapters 11-20 For the Anti-Christ, its either you receive his mark (666) which means denying Christ or you die immediately. Without his mark, you can't buy or sell or do business. When you receive the mark, there is no repentance or heaven for you, as the Bible affirms. The question is - those who are finding it difficult to stand up for their faith before Boko Haram, will they be able to stand up to the Beast IMPOSSIBLE!So for our bread and butter Christians who are condemning Leah, decide your stand now before things get tougher when the Rapture takes place and the Anti-Christ rears his ugly head forthwith! |

alBHAGDADI:She become like Muslim temporarily does not mean she is a Muslim . Among the chibok girls who were released some time ago there were some of them who were christians. During their captivity they were like Muslims as their captors tried everything possible to indoctrinate them into Islam for many months. Now that they have been released they have been rehabilitated back to their true religion christianity. They remain christians inspite all the boko haram efforts. What does that tells you? It is not easy to convert someone who was born and brought up by a parent of a particular religion into another religion by mere conquest or blur indoctrinations. That individual will always find his way back to his original religion of his birth sooner or later. What are we saying? It is really unwise for Leah to keep shouting I'm a christian while in captivity of boko haram when she would have simply pretended and say i have accepted Islam which truly would have been temporary ,and she get released that's all. But because she is a child she nor fit get that kind sense ![]() |

alBHAGDADI:A very good sermon on Nairaland, typed and posted by a Nairalander in a comfort zone. Now Mr. Preacher you are hereby mandated by all the citizens of Nairaland to proceed to Sambisa forest, dressed like Elijah in the Bible for a live broadcast of this sermon to the stubborn 'Boko Haram' group holding sister Leah. Proceed.

alBHAGDADI:yes, this is basics you are getting wrong. You are not a christian for anybody to be inspired or know who you are. Yes, it is good to inspire people , But the truth is, You are a christian for Christ. Jesus Christ knows his own, he bears witness in his spirit that you have the spirit of God which makes you a christian, he does not need any human evidence or until you proclaiming or denying christianity to people before he judges to know your stand whether you are his own or not. he deals with exactly what is in your heart, not what you say out for people to hear. I will prove all these things scripturally. |

kastroud:you are very wrong here o, You don't compare Christ and his mission on earth to human lives there is no correlation there. Christ came on earth strictly to die and bring salvation. Humans were not meant to die to save mankind like Jesus. But inspite of that, i think Christ is the most intelligent human that has ever lived on earth before he was crucified, read the gospels. Humans were created in the image of and intelligent God and his likeness from the beginning to subdue the earth, read Genesis. Now, it takes intelligence or education to subdue the earth, so if you are not intelligent or educated, you only have eternal life which Christ has given to you for free, but that life will be waste, cos you are not intelligently using it. You will just die for nothing. A scripture says my people perish because they lack knowledge. So i will adjourn you to take school seriously if you want to live a successful christian life on this earth ![]() |

Trustme2:she has not denied her faith, she only tell them I have accepted Islam and denied christianity for her to get her life back, but deep inside her, she knows Christ is her savior and nothing can come into her heart and thought to change that, not even death. That is how to be wise. I tell you, Joseph of arimathea secretly believe in his heart that Jesus was the Christ, yet he sat among the Pharisees pretending to be one of them. Now, that is wisdom |

paxonel:Yes that's why most "Adult Christians" will never make heaven... read Luke 18: 16. We think we are wise as adults. Do you know there was a case in Kaduna where Christians were ask to deny Christ so they might live? The moment they denied Christ they were all killed immediately... be wise. fear God first, man can only destroy the flesh, but God can destroy both flesh and the soul... by the way what's so exiting in this country that someone would really want to live for, if I have that opportunity I would gladly die and go to heaven, Nigeria is stage 1 he'll fire... May God deliver her from her captives in Jesus Name. |

ollah2:The below picture came with this post of yours. I've seen Muslims use it a lot on Facebook thinking it gives them a better argument against Christianity, but it doesn't. They just don't understand what they quote. Now, let me explain it to you. We all know the story of Moses and the burning Bush and we know it was God inside the Bush speaking to Moses. Even the Quran which plagiarized the Bible has the story as well. The Quran says Allah spoke from the burning bush. This means Allah took the form of a bush to speak to Moses. Why do Muslims now find it difficult to believe that God who took the form of a burning Bush will find it difficult to take on Human form? He Has done it before when He appeared to Abraham in Genesis 18. Abraham gave Him water to wash His feet and also food which he ate. Read the entire chapter to see all of that. Before that, He use to walk with Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden. So, becoming a man is not something too big for my God to do. Now, the verses in the picture states that no man can die for the sins of another. That's hundred percent correct. But God can. That's why it was possible for Jesus Christ who was God in flesh. Had it been it was an ordinary man, He would have given up or fallen to the juicy temptations of satan. But He was God. Do you now understand that you have misunderstood the verses below?

paxonel:if thou shall confess with thy mouth... and believe in your heart....ROM 10:9 it goes together bro. Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it. Luke 17:33 Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. Matt. 16:24-25 Sir, are you sure you've given your life to Christ or you're just practicing the religion ? these are words of Jesus, do you believe them or you think he must be stupid to have said that ? Sincerely bro, You've not met Christ. if you're really concern about your soul give it thought. I know you will bash me, but you've gotten my message. If you deny Him before men, He will deny you before his father. Not all who calls me LORD, LORD will enter into my kingdom. |

paxonel:that's Islamic teachings... it's not christianity, with the mount confession is made unto salvation, it's not what goes into the mouth that defiles, it's what come out of the mouth, our words direct our live issues... our words are very important, why is denouncing Christ such a big deal, the devil knows the power of the tongue, it can do and undo on earth and in heaven... so Bros no be just talk... it's more than what you think... wisdom of God is far from man's wisdom, even me no fit understand completely... |

ollah2:Everytime the Bible is misquoted by a Muslim on Nairaland, you immediately find a Christi8an explain it to everyone's understanding. But when the Quran is quoted the exact way it is to be understood, you Muslims claim one can't understand it yet you say Allah made quran easy to understand. You immediately start referring one to links of long articles written by islamic scholars. You mean one can't understand quran without Islamic scholars? Now, explain this verse to us without referring us to Islaic scholars and their Taqiyya. Sahih Bukhari (52:260) - "...The Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' " |

alBHAGDADI:You see how hypocritical and sentimental you are with the emboldened. The Quran is quoted the way it should but the Bible is always wrongly quoted. Now, explain this verse to us Deuteronomy 13:6-9 "If your very own brother, or your son or daughter, or the wife you love, or your closest friend secretly entices you, saying: Let us go and worship other gods (gods that neither you nor your fathers have known, gods of the peoples around you, whether near or far, from one end of the land to the other, or gods of other religions), do not yield to him or listen to him. Show him no pity. Do not spare him or shield him. You must certainly put him to death. Your hand must be the first in putting him to death, and then the hands of all the people." Deuteronomy 17:3-5 "And he should go and worship other gods and bow down to them or to the sun or the moon or all the army of the heavens, .....and you must stone such one with stones and such one must die." |

paxonel:you're bringing Islam into Christianity, they're two wide worlds apart, it's impossible to stand in between. This is the most confusing statement I've ever heard... a Muslim is permitted to deny Islam provided his heart doesn't deny it... but it's not so for a Christian it's such a big deal, whenever such test comes up heaven and hell will be in attention to see if that Christian can bow or not, there so much involved... |
| Re: Why True Christians See Leah Sheribu As A Huge Source Of Inspiration by alBHAGDADI(op): 8:08pm On Mar 25, 2018 |
ollah2:WOW! You didn't even address my post, you just rushed to misquote the Bible again. Well, I will explain those verses for you. Israel was a nation that God was using to reach out to the rest of the World. He had to keep them pure while the rest of the world were under satan's grip. That was why Moses gave those Laws which were the national Laws of the land of Israel just as Nigeria has its own. Many of such laws states that an eye for an eye, which means you can take revenge for whatever anyone does to you. But the law was weak and temporary, that's why Moses and all the other prophets always spoke of a perfection to come which is Jesus. When Jesus came, what happened? Such laws started losing their value. That woman accused of adultery who ought to have been stoned was set free by Jesus. He made them see that they are sinful too and should be a judge. He went on to preach forgiveness of those that offend you instead of the an eye for an eye which Moses passed as law. Imagine if you take revenge cos someone hurt you, what do you think will happen when you hurt someone too? Those laws in the old testament have all been set aside cos they have lived their time. We are now in the era of grace, which means if you leave Christianity, we will not kill you but pray for you to come back. Or have you seen Christians kill apostates before? Now, can you kindly explain this quran verse for us? Sahih Bukhari (52:260) - "...The Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' " |

ollah2:Look at it below Quran 16:106 Whoever disbelieves in Allah after his belief... except for one who is forced [to renounce his religion] while his heart is secure in faith. But those who [willingly] open their breasts to disbelief, upon them is wrath from Allah, and for them is a great punishment; |

ollah2:Are you an illiterate? The laws of Moses are not the Old testament. They are just a fragment of it. The old testament contains stories of events before the time of Jesus Christ. If we discard it, how can we now know what happened before? Pls, understand before you comment. By the way, you have failed to counter my arguments. I guess you have accepted defeat. If not, then explain the quran verse. |

| Re: Why True Christians See Leah Sheribu As A Huge Source Of Inspiration by xerxes456(m): 8:25pm On Mar 25, 2018 |
ollah2:let me just take some time to highlight somethings for you per adventure you'll understand. 1. The Bible is not just a book of instructions, it's a story time line of events, withing these events God shows how he dealt with people withing those timeliness. 2. The major time line division is the Old and New Testaments, the world Testament is like a compendium of testimonies, or what we can refer today as " documentaries". 3. The Old Testament has old principles and practices and in our time such practices are still adhered to buy core Jews (they can be called the Judaist etc) but there's so much lessons to be learned from the old Testament. 4. The New Testament talks more about Jesus Christ his birth, Death and resurrection, his teachings and teachings of his Deciples, remember I talked of time lines, the new Testament is a different time line from the old testament 5. Finally Christians as the name implies "Small Christ" are followers of Jesus Christ and his teaching, we read the Old Testament and learn from them, but we follow Christ teaching in our daily lives. Jesus Christ summarised the entire old Testament and came up with a better covenant, ( a better agreement between God and man, and a better way by which God is dealing with man) all those laws of the old Testaments were summarised to just one thing, LOVE... so all those passages you've been quoting are just lessons and not what we live by, it's just like showing people how 1950 cars were designed and driving a 2018 Mercedes.. Bros no b the same thing... |

alBHAGDADI:Pure nonsense as usual. The Bible is called Old Testament which entails everything. But a cherry picker is says some parts are old testament while some aren't. What you wrote didn't come from the Quran.
