I have very dry cough. It disturbed my sleep yesterday.
I am so so weak. Any advise?

I will get to the hospital when I get little strength later in the day.

The hospital (Diff) I used is charging N450k for it. And it's just for the first 3 months, then another N300k for cervical circlege.
Can this luteal support treatment be done in a normal hospital? What medications does it entail?
Pls help me with answers. I don't have N450k abeg

There are indications for cerclage. Repeated pregnancy loss after 1st trimester, weak cervix and so on. Me thinks you are bothering yourself over all these wahala. Abeg, take one day at a time and relax.

@spiceeamiee Kpele dear, pregnancy smx reduces our immunity. Cough is a viral infection and doesn't easily respond to meds. U can try ways to relieve the symptoms, till it finally goes on its own.
D dry harmattan air is not ur friend at all, do the steam bath ur doc advised,to help moisten and relax ur airways.
Fill a flask with hot/warm water, squeeze in some lemon juice and original honey, sip it throughout the day, say 30 mins intervals( u might think it's a lot of water, but you need to be hydrated). Refill as needed.
Take a tablespoon of honey 3-4x daily in place of cough syrup.
Prop ur head on 2 pillows when u lay down, as coughing gets worse wen our head isn't elevated.
Vit. C tabs 100mg 3x daily.
Hopefully you'll get relief.

The hospital you went to should have clarified you on this by asking for your LMP so as to give you a suggested due date.

Welcome mama. I'm yet to decide on any hospital yet as I didn't get any suggestion BT I'm thinking of checking out general hospital.
I have no idea what my luteal phase is like cos my pregnancy came almost immediately after marriage. So no test, notin notin. Though, I heard their is a fertility clinic along London street but I'm yet to check the place out. Just relax, I'm sure the sabi mamas will come and answer all your question and tell what you need to know.

Good day sabi mothers. Pls help with ideas of weaning my boy is 19 months and still sucking. Planning to breast feed him for two years but before then I want experienced mothers to advice me on how to go about it when it is time so DT I ll start preparing our minds. Mothers that were ones pregnant and still breastfed pls share your ideas as I am also 13 weeks already.

Mycoten v tab and cream. Was also given Flagyl but didn't feel comfortable after using the flagyl

my doc then prescribed gynotiocosid v tab(3tab) after conducting a test and no drug was prescribed.

i usually use it after first trimester to avoid stories that touch .

use with finger and not the applicator.

ensure u change all panties to cotton only n sun dry them when washed.

during my last week appointment,the mid wife didn't say anything much,she just said I should take my medicine more frequently, eat more fruits,drink enough water,avoid cold water and relax well.....though as I haven't noticed any cramps since then,it just this spotting I saw today.

Yes....I don't feel the cramps anymore but I still get the tight abdomen not as frequent as it was.....The spotting I saw the other day did not persist,I didn't see it again since then.

If it's not smelly and itchy then it's just normal pregnancy discharge it's called leukorrhea ... Totally nothing to worry about .

Hello house....we are 14wks and I am really worried about the quantity of discharge I am having (Whitish and clumpy). It doesn't feel like infection because I am not itchy. Anybody experiencing the same thing? Abeg, sabi mama's can also lend their voice on how I can manage this situation. ANC is next week,but I will appreciate your comments on this issue.
