We are the stones that those builders refused,
Despite being the pillars that hold their structure and the visual that inspires the future.

We are the spark that make their ideas bright,
The same spark that lights the dark so that they can know their left from their right.

We are the ballot in the box,
The bullet in the gun,
The story that has just begun,
The promise of what's to come.

And we will remain soldiers till the war is won.

We are making sacrifices others won't, just so that tomorrow, we all can have a sane society where things actually work.

This time shall pass...

The overlord up can be up, only for awhile,
Every actor takes a bow at curtain fall.

The night dark, but only for awhile,
A golden egg is eased out with each sun-call.

Darkness looms, but only for a little while,
The rising sun is awaiting its turn.

This time shall soon pass and our troubles with it,
And we shall have a new beginning,
Flowers will bloom and songs will come back to our mouth.
Dancing for our feet and the voices of our kennerys shall boom.

And our future shall then be truly secured...
For we shall match words with actions and thoughts with deeds...
