Our votes have always been divided since the come back of democracy in 1999. Even if APC or PDP wins all the six states in SW, the total votes received by both parties are always close. It has never been 98% for PDP, APC, AD, LP, ACN OR ACCORD

Oyegun never use the instrument of his office as Chairman of APC at the national level to influence Buhari to do the needful for Edo state, the only Niger delta state that voted massively for him.

If Buhari had done much for Edo state, it would have even influence Delta state, Anambra state, etc that are being held by the opposition party to cross over to the APC party.

Oyegun should have strongly force Buhari to develop states that voted for him in the southern part of Nigeria but he was too cool with Buhari.

SW votes divide along party lines not along religion lines, get that into your skull. In SW, Muslims will vote for APC and PDP, Christians will vote for APC and PDP. My brother married a Christian lady from Ondo State. My niece who grew up with us married a Christian. Someone like him who has never ventured outside his comfort zone will never understand but will keep typing and posting nonsense from the corner of his parents room.

samenthing I said up there!!! tinubu dumped atiku and covertly supported jonathan by starving ACN of funds for the Presidential election in 2011 and Jonathan won over 65% of the votes in the southwest. two years after the same tinubu was dragged before the CCT. the highest ranking Yoruba man in Jonathan's government was a minister if agriculture!!! that is what we got for our votes in 2011.

in fact prior to 2011 it was a certain save Nigeria group (made up of yorubas) led by wole Soyinka and Pastor Tunde Bakare that took to the streets to fight the turai cabal so Jonathan can we sworn in as president!!! yet the same Jonathan said the south east is the backbone of his government and called us rascals in the south west!!!
