Because they had already been paid for so the new government would not be making any corruption bribes or topping ! They simply leave those projects and award theirs ! This government plans to complete the unfinished projects from previous governments instead of doing business as usual ! While Jerry Gana was to Handle Mokwa-Bida(90% of which he did before 2015), Emir of Ilorin on the other hand was to handle Ilorin Jebba tru Mokwa but didn't, until during ds administration.
