Just update Google play services and watch all ur problems come to an end. I was gonna recommend u reinstall google play services from external sources, but since ur phone is asking u to update google play services then there lies ur problem.

This is a simple issue. Just check your access point settings. Make sure, I repeat, MAKE SURE there is no proxy and port set. (That means it must be empty).

He should just update Google play services. Google services won't work unless Google play services has been updated.

No issues, working perfectly. i got the phone for 3 persons and am using it too as my other phone.

Imo 2GB ram isn't enough these days, 3GB ram should be the mininum if you want to get a seamless experience.
