Last night, Big Brother Naija housemate, Cee-C sparked a controversy after she ripped off the outfit Payporte brought for her for their weekend party.
The outfits brought for the all the housemates were meant to promote and embrace the Nigerian culture, but Cee-C decided to make a crop top out of the traditional attire.
She was caught on camera calling the dress 'Nonsense', and also told Payporte to come take their dress that she's not from Calabar , but a proud Igbo girl.
Payporte, the official sponsor of the Big Brother Naija reality show, has since issued a statement saying its 'very displeased' about comments made by Ceec regarding the outfit given to her.
'PayPorte is very dis-pleased by the comments made by @ceec_official about the outfit given to her. We take out time to style all housemates with respect to the theme of every Saturday party. We consider this a disrespect to our brand and consider this offensive'.
