Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose has called on Buhari’s government to return N10m jobs taken from Nigerians.

Fayose stated this in reaction to a statement by the presidency, where it had told Nigerians complaining of hunger to “go and work. “

President Muhammadu Buhari’s senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu said this during an interview with Ben TV.

Reacting, Fayose Nigerians were not lazy people but voted for a wrong president.

He noted that Nigerians would stop complaining of hunger when the Federal government returned their lost jobs.

The Ekiti governor wrote on his Twitter page: “Nigerians are not lazy people. They are always willing to work to earn a living.

“However, by their mistake of electing Buhari as president, over 10m Nigerians lost their jobs.

“Return those jobs and see if Nigerians won’t get busy and stop complaining of hunger.”

Sir, I stand with Fayose on this issue. The government mismanagement policies of a suffocating economy led to the loss of job and the economy is paying dearly for it. The presidency pegging of the exchange rate led to most companies being suffocated to death so they should take the blame for this. Also the analogy you made with using firewood to cook has alot of health risk and she is right to have turned down your supposedly heavenly advice. Today everything the APC is doing is just to tax the already impoverished Nigerians to death and their is no commensurated palliatives to cushion the effect on the masses.

It's unfortunate you didn't get my message, in the face of difficulty, you improvise, that is one thing Nigeria failed at this time, because we already had a certain mindset.

America has gone into recession certain times and come out of it because they understood their challenges and were willing to work towards something positive.
