This is another commendable effort by the present government. They met over 200 uncompleted and some abandoned projects and took the responsibilities to complete them

This is another commendable effort by the present government. They met over 200 uncompleted and some abandoned projects and took the responsibilities to complete them

unlike the previous gov't abandoning projects up and down despite coming from same party.

He did not just complete the 12 stations, but, he also bought more coaches and locomotive engine. I think, the present leadership have indeed made us proud and deserves our support for re-election

Show us the master plan of the Abuja-Kaduna rail line and see if those stations are not in them from the plan.
They said ONE(1) project, INITIATED, STARTED and COMPLETED by Buhari in 3yrs after.

Would you have preferred that the present government abandon all uncompleted projects by the previous administration and embark on fresh projects? Government is supposed to be a continous process from one administration to another. I see no reason why laudable projects by previous administrations be abandoned all because you want the present government to show projects they intiated and completed

1.Once upon a time, we did not have the luxury of taking political sides.(when we were under Army rule)

2.It is pathetic. I was a PDP critic myself, but anytime they did something well, I applauded. I will do the same for the APC govt, so I applaud them for doing/continuing this light rail thing, and for going on with the rail project which kicked off in 2007.

3.If you want to critique PDP or APC, critique them for not fighting corruption and for not moving our economy on the right track, not over pathetic childish things.

My friend, initiating a project is easy. I can initiate a project to go to the moon. What is really important is taking that project to completion.
I will not allow parochial primordial sentiments to stop me from praising the PMB government for continuity of national projects and ensuring completion, they are doing very well. This is how government is supposed to behave. PMB is initiating other projects such as the national railway network, I hope future governments have the wisdom and tenacity to complete such projects. This is how countries develop.

This is my problem with PMB supporters. How can you call a rail project fraudulent for God's sake? It was ongoing as at handover and continued by the present administration. If there is no merit in the project why did PMB continue it?

The same oil producing states that have been getting even higher allocations than Northern and other states since the Supreme COurt ruled in their favour in 2003.

The same oil producing states that did not get no benefit from the money because of corrupt politicans like Ibori and Alams?

Abeg...stop this North vs South thing....considering that most parts of the North and SW too have not seen that money. The day you Nigerians forget about tribe and tribal issues, PDP and APC...and stop encouraging looters and theives on the grounds that 'they are attacking our son'..hmm, that is when you will wake up.

Plus, the railway project is an ongoing thing. Calabar-Lagos is in the pipeline. More money is to be spent standardizing ALL the lines.
