EgunMogaji: nope not in this case. the pierce in the wet concrete is too shallow to hold the kind of weed we see on normal interlocks 2 Likes |

EgunMogaji:Well,I think if the area is well compacted with stones and then the criteria to follow while handling the interlock is well handled weed shouldn't have their ways. The thickness of the concrete and the flooring/sceeding with the pressure applied in making the interlock might also determine. My view boss. #Cornerstone#Arc |

The way some contractors behave amaze me. From i can do a perfectly neat job suddenly to chorusing who 1.5m help?? Like seriously?? I believe nobody will bid for a 100naira job here because we are bigger than that. But when u show interest in executing a job, by even posting countless reviews, it means u need the money. If 1.5m no help anybody why bid for the job in the first place? Can anybody help answer the bold question? 11 Likes |

happney65: It's not the marital dynamics of the testator but local tribal inheritance practices that may occassioned such ridiculous scenario. In Ibo nation for example, the inheritance practice is for the first male child to appropriate all estate of the parents to himself. If there were multiple wives counts for nothing. So in Ibo nation, it's possible to have multiple wives and such scenario may not play out. But if the surviving village elders decided to interpret the inheritance practices to equitably include all the children and aportion the estate accoudingly, then such scenario may play out even if there was just one wife. |

Boss, calm down. Take two days off and stop responding to comments bothering in this issue. Do self appraisal during this period. You'll be amazed to realise that you didn't handle this issue properly (especially subsequent comments by third parties) As an ardent follower of yours, I believe you're genuine for the following reason: - nobody has refuted your pictures as being theirs - nobody has complained yet of being shortchanged - you've always stated price and other charges concerning your work which shows openness. However, your customer has every right to be sceptic about your genuineness. It's their inalienable right especially when you consider how fraudulent we Nigerians are. There was absolutely no point in saying some of the words you said to him in business circle no matter how angry you were. A simple sorry we can't is enough. I know of a guy that use to buy car from Cotonou for people and he did this for several people until he absconded with other people money. This is a face to face transaction yet it failed how much more an online transaction. You've agreed that you have never met some of your clients before which even make more intriguing. For me I believe in your work. Not everybody does. I also pray that you remain committed to truth and openness. All that you've posted is capable of swaying potential customers away from you. It's for this reason that reasonable private institutions eschew negative publicity. I pray you take this advice of mine in good light. money121: 4 Likes |

allCopacetic: @allCopacetic. I agree with you there. Most associations in Nigeria are just another avenue for bribery and corruption to fester. Until we have real checks and balances in this country, corruption and greed will continue to be a problem. Every individual in 9ja is a government unto his/herself-We build with our cash(with little or no access to credit facilities), we are our own NEPA(generator), and water corporation(borehole). Even our politicians that do the minimum and build subpar roads want us to hail them as gods. 2 Likes |

Please what is the difference between the damache/swisstrade doors and the Turkish doors available in the market or being advertised here. Are they of the same quality? Are their differences in quality? The damache/Swiss trade doors seems very pricey. Can I get same quality elsewhere at a more affordable price? Thanks |

allCopacetic: Well, options are plentiful in the east. With so many other locally made cables competing for market, Coleman is not too popular around here. They have ; Cutix Cometstar Geoelis Scan Plus another dozen or so names being made in the east. The problem is that they may have started faking the popular names like Cutix and Cometstar. I will be very careful when buying more stock of cables. |

happney65: It happens anywhere there is no clear plan by the man on how to share his properties according to existing local tradition or legal provision in the form of inheritance laws, backed up by a will made by the owner of the properties before he dies.
