To your question, nobody eats human beings in Abia state. That used to be a story told of Ngwa people in the olden days but things of such are no longer seen, though you have to be careful just like a typical Nigerian state, there is general insecurity.
I don't understand how it is not a good state, trust be it's far better than a lot of states in Nigeria.
