in fact you should just tell the farmer to dash you both the capital and profit..how on earth will you rent a fish pond for 300,000 a year, am sure u don't know a thing about fish farming, if you do kindly use the pond your self

You should go buy
1.land,
2.fence it,
3.construct a standard 10,000 capacity pond,
4.dig a borehole,
5.run the pumping machine,
6.erect a scarffold,
7.put a tank on it,
8.run the pipe for each pond,
9.provide light ,
10.provide generator,
11.provide a store room and see.

This is my 7th year of providing this kind of services
