Great infographic!

What we need now is;

1. An explanation by the States that haven't signed their budget into Law what legal financial appropriation they are using to run those States (for those actually running).

2. An explanation by the States yet to make the budget available online why this hasn't been done.


3. MOST IMPORTANT: Access to actual records for expenditure via a transparent Public Procurement Agency. How has the budget been disbursed, to whom and why (did these organisations fulfil basic procurement legal requirements).

THIS IS OUR MONEY AND OUR CHILDREN'S MONEY WE'RE TALKING ABOUT

What nonsense! For the fact that most of these governors practically control their various assemblies, it is just unacceptable that some haven't signed the budget to law as at today.
