My friend the west will not vote for Atiku. PDP can never produce a "competent" aspirant. Whatever that means. Most Nigerians don't even know what competence means. They think the Presidency is a reactive institution that puts out fires.
The Presidency is a strategic institution that plans and executes. Running around and taking pictures when the worst has happened is not leadership.

He would be contesting against a Northerner and you say he would get 3million votes from Kano, wait how many people even dey Kano sef.... My Friend Northern Votes would split this time just the way you analysed Southern Votes....
Remember he is not contesting against a Southerner but against a Northerner who most likely would be Atiku...

Come 2019 with northern candidate and the Hunger in the land,insecurities and open incompetence of buhari, pdp will win more states in the north with benue,adamawa,gombe,kogi,kaduna,jigawa and kwarai at play.
