Today, it is the Corollas, Civics, KIA brands, Lexus, Hyundai, etc. It was not always like so. Prior to the current dispensation, in Nigeria, other car brands reigned supreme. They were the popular cars of choice. While some of these car brands series evolved and stood the test of time, some others simply faded out of attention due to their inability to withstand competition or perhaps bad business management on the part of the manufacturers. That old 504 reminds me of my first car sex. When my neighbour stole his daddy's key which was a Peugeot 504 then and asked me to come and see something. He got me inside and locked the door and bleeped the shit out of me that day. He changed me that very day even though. I was quite young and It was such a messy experience.  11 Likes 1 Share |
