Driving towards third mainland bridge through adekunle, only to see vehicles turning back towards adekunle exit

The bridge is locked down with a heavy gridlock end to end. Please what's happening??

Theres a terrible accident towards sura exit. About 3 cars and a commercial bus are involved. When I passed, the commercial bus was lying on its side, roof burst open.
