This is how the situation will pan out. The Prof will be suspended for like 6 months.. The lady will be found guilty of soliciting for marks. She will likely be punished for a semester. The course in question, she has failed already. The final scenario is that she will be a victim forever within that academic circle in the said Uni. God help everybody

The man's wife has no integrity.....you don't defend such, you let him carry his shame. Sex for mark is defend-able....simple saying he was tempted is reasonable...but where he demanded it 5 times simply means he is evil, a sexual predator, unrepentant and a repeat offender. The way he spoke about it shows he is an ogbo-lo-gbo in demanding for sex. That girl should be commended for exposing the sex prof. Hope other girls do same.

From the Vice Chancellor's statement it is doubting that the lecturer would be punished and a likelihood of the lady involved in this case would instead be punished. In my country you have to be careful when dealing with authority without a strong back up.

I hope the police is already on this case, because crimes cannot be solved by committees alone. The Nigerian Police is the one charged with a duty to deal with crime investigation, not any "high powered committee".
