Night Security My Colleagues Exposing Himself Always While Sleeping by Osejie1(op): 12:28am On Apr 13, 2018

My people pls I need ur advise, am a night security guard, am a very young man my colleague do always expose himself while sleeping & during his duties I ve told he several occasions to stop exposing himself because it is very dangerous he refused. he is far older than me, because of the way he respect me I don't want to report he in the office but now is getting out of hand ooo. Pls what should I do now?

Remember you gain nothing when you reported him and he was fired. Just be very careful cos working as a security (especially night shift) is really a dangerous work.

You are both employees. Unless he is actually your boss, you do not owe him any special degree of respect just because he happens to be older than you. It's only in Nigeria that this nonsense of elderliness is used by incompetent people as an excuse to justify their incompetence.
