My headache isn’t in Buhari winning in 2019 but how will wailers live to see 2023? Heartattack will will be the highest killing illness in Nigeria
Their eyes will be cleared then, because the PMB I know when re-elected will clamp down heavily on all these their cheap blackmail and sabotage because he has nothing more to lose.

The beauty of it for patriotic law abiding Igbo's however, is that by then all the SE roads PMB is working on would have been completed along with the 2nd Niger Bridge, and it will be clear to the blind that Buhari is the best leader the east has enjoyed since 1999.

A sworn enemy of the state is doing what the adopted son of red capped Igbos of the red soiled world cant achieve.

And why can't the foolish old men in the east buy a private ferry all these years but rather decided to wail and disturb the peace of Nigeria because of a bridge they don't need
Only a foolish fool such as you would worry about a second bridge when existing bridge is operational. I guess the people whom you have referred as "Foolish old men in the east" are wiser than your father.

Your Elders knew this but denied us peace without their disturbing cries and wailing. Isn't it foolishness to cry for a useless bridge for over 16years? All the Elders over there are fool. That is the reason GEJ, their adopted son took them for the fool they are

See them dashing in with their jars of vaseline in hand to w'ank all over this thread. It's funny how these hardcore Igbo haters are so desperate to link at least one project in the SE to their god. It's pathetic that three years after being sworn in to office, this is all he has to show....a couple of concrete pillars!

Meanwhile, the Kaduna-Abuja rail line started by GEj is signed, sealed and delivered; the Lagos-Ibadan rail line is being constructed at the speed of light; the Abuja metroline started by GEJ is almost complete; a contract will soon be signed to deliver gas to Kano from Ajaokuta while Onitsha and Nnewi that are practically sitting on gas are bypassed; Kano, Kaduna and Abuja airports are being done up nicely for international operations; dry ports are being opened all over the North, and yet Ndigbo should jump for joy over a couple of concrete pillars that prove according to these Igbo haters that Buhari loves Ndigbo and is treating us fairly and on equal terms with others!
Jonathan made numerous promises to Ndigbo but we have come to know that his promises are forgotten the moment he is done reading his speech. Name them: dredging of the River Niger and completion of the Onitsha Inland port (the twain haphazardly executed and abandoned); the dualisation of the Enugu-Abakaliki highway, construction of a dry port in Aba and completion of the power plants in Alaoji and Egbema, to name just a few. Today, there is no power plant functioning in the entire southeast, the private effort by Prof. Barth Nnaji is being frustrated and the much celebrated international airport in Enugu is no better than a wretched domestic wing of an airport.

You come across as a typical fellow from the shithole called Nigeria. Unless you are played liker a sucker by your faulty unimaginative social order, the bridges across River Niger at certain places are not cup of tea for the indigenes from the place of construct. I hope the hack writers such as Osuji and Niyi, who have not seen Onicha or Asaba in their miserable lives, have not played you into a dummy.

Ndigbo are quite aware of the fact that GEJ didn't get as much done as we hoped he would, but any shortcomings on his part wasn't done out of malice unlike the present case with Buhari vis-a-vis Ndigbo!

Gej did more for other regions (esp' the North), but guess what, if tomorrow Ndigbo are asked to choose between him and Buhari, most of us will overwhelmingly pick GEJ in a heartbeat! Maybe if you lot didn't distract him with your boko haram he would have got round to having the time and money to do more for the SE.

With the way the fortunes of AIIA Enugu were improving during GEJs tenure, i'm sure if he had won a second term in office the international gateway to the SE wouldn't be in the parlous state its in today! The new terminal there is also thanks to his gov't.

GEJ wasn't as firm as we would have wanted him to be, this was one of the reasons the issue with Prof Nnajis' power plant dragged on for as long as it did! Likewise the issues of Anambra oil producing status and the lingering unresolved boundary issues with Kogi and Enugu, etc.

You have reduced the way a gov't is perceived by a people (whether favourably or unfavourably) to material things......naira and kobo, and this is why you wonder why Ndigbo still can't stand that man Buhari. Of course the fact many like me think he's only starting to give the SE attention at this 11th hour due to the upcoming presidential elections is a matter for another day.

You think it's acceptable that one of the tripods on which Nigeria stands is completely left out of heading all military, paramilitary and security outfits in the country? You think it's ok to declare that since a region gave you only 5% votes, that you'll treat them differently from those that gave you 97%? A wise president would have used the first opportunity to try and win them over (like GEJ tried to do in the North) not antagonise them further and make them realise they're misgivings about you were right all along!

If you like construct 3rd nigger bridge, zoo's time is up
An infrastructural project that shouldn't even be demanded before a pro active govt embarks on it in a non zoo is a campaign point for the zoo. adding one pillar every four yrs is now what the uneducated muslim political class of the zoo uses to entice Africa's most important race during election. Ndi Igbo, obu di otu a ka anyi ga esi we noru? Nigeria enweghi kwanu odiniru ma ncha. okwa Biafra bu olile anya anyi n'uwa.

marakwa na anyi mee ka agasi na anyi amaghi na nsogbu di, nsogbu anyi ana abawanye. in future our problem will get more complex and cost us more to solve. The earlier, the better. ka anyi kwado nu IPOB maka nnwere onwe anyi.
My brother, the thing just tire me. Just imagine how these bast.ards are celebrating the one year, one pillar bridge like they are doing Igbos a great favour. Why didn't they build the Abuja to Kaduna light rail in donkey years like they are doing to the Niger bridge? Why didn't they celebrate the Abuja to Kaduna light rail project like it's a huge favour done to the Hausa/fulani? What about the Kaduna dry port, why are they not disturbing the entire NW on how they are benefiting from the FG? I can continue to list all the mega projects this id!otic government is doing in the North including the newly approved military university yet they want to Igbos to roll out drums for them for building a one year, one pillar bridge cry cry You all are bast.ards!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for tagging me. I smell front page in your future. This early work will be done in July. After that they're moving on to the main bridge construction. It will only take 2yrs after that I'm guessing.

Front Page: lalasticlala

Thanks for tagging me. So far so good. If FG maintains this level of progress, this will be completed soon.

I think this bridge if not opened by Buhari, may be opened by the incoming Igbo President (in 2023- 2024?).

Buhari 2019, Igbo Presidency 2023.
