Our politicians do not have the solutions to our problems. But Nigerians keep swallowing years of waste. What a shame. How can anyone do this? Whats the sustainability expectations of this project.
Except in the most rural of rural communities or settlements, to convey persons, pregnant women, the elderly and children for medical care, I can pardon.

To me, this isn't bad as its definitely going to reach the unreached. There are many remote villages in that state those sophisticated ambulances cant reach/ be going routinely but these will definitely be of help to them. It can even serve as a mini mobile clinic and with this, minor suturing, wound dressing, intravenous and intramuscular injection of drugs/fluids and vaccination can be done easily. God bless whoever is behind this initiative.

There are places that ambulances can't go that keke can due to bad roads or even traffic.
These would also be cheaper to operate and hire.

I think this is right... including as use for mobile clinics. It's not everywhere a large ambulance can reach, and this way you can have many more of them for the price of one ambulance.

Fixing and upgrading roads will likely cost 100 to 1000 times as much as these kekes... I agree we need to address why there are bad roads everywhere in the first place, but at least while we have bad roads, let's have a way to navigate some people to hospital.
