The SE is a very poor region and their governors can not function or deliver anything meaningful beyond silly things like borehole, mediocre and crumbling bridges and laughable kele ambulance.

Look at obiano, when he's not posing and running around saying he's inspecting, he's actuality commissioning rubbish like borehole and some other silly nonsense.

I weep for africa embarassed. Oga have you had a ride inside one of these things before on our pothole filled roads? Now imagine transporting a sick or injured person with it. Secondly do you know that in a desperate bid to aquire illegal public wealth some one came up with this? Instead of cars. Last but not least do you know there are cars quite small or slightly larger in size but 10 times better than this crap and still relatively cheap?

Don't mind them. People criticising for no serious reason.
How many ambulances lie around in most government hospitals deteriorating due to lack of maintenance... These ones will be easy to maintain, and can reach the nooks and cranies of the state.
